We introduced a new feature called Notification center. Share changes, upcoming events, promotions, or announcements directly from your dashboard.
Notifications appear inside the partner portal, so every partner sees them when they log in. This ensures everyone stays informed and no messages are missed.
To enable this feature:
Navigate to Messaging Hub → Notification Center.
Switch the Enable notifications toggle on.
Choose how notifications appear in the portal:
Popover - displays a notification bell with a dropdown list of notifications.
Bubble chat - displays a chat-style bubble in the bottom corner of the portal.
After you enable the feature and choose a display style, create your notification:
Select Create notification.
Type a title for the notification.
Type the message you want to display.
Note: Messages are limited to 250 characters.(Optional) Select the Pin notification box to keep it visible.
(Optional) Select the Allow dismiss box to let partners close the notification.
Select the partner group.
Choose the start and end dates.
Once the notification is created, Tolt displays it in the Notifications section. From there, you can cancel an active notification and view its details, including:
Audience - targeted partners.
Engagement - number of partners who viewed the notification.
Engagement rate - percentage of partners who interacted with it.
