Tolt integrates with Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, through a connection called MCP (Model Context Protocol). Once connected, you can ask Claude questions about your affiliate program.
Instead of logging into Tolt to check on your program, you can ask Claude directly things like who your top-performing partners are, how much revenue your affiliate program has generated, a full overview of a specific partner's performance, or which partners have earned the most in commissions.
💡 Note: Claude is an AI and can occasionally make mistakes. Always double-check important figures directly in your Tolt dashboard.
Log in to your claude.ai account and navigate to Settings > Connectors.
Click Add custom connector and complete the form.
Type the connector name.
Type the MCP server URL (https://mcp.tolt.com/).
Click Connect.
To enable Claude to access your program data, you’ll also need to provide the Tolt API Key.Log in to your Tolt dashboard and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Add Integration > API.
Copy the API Key.
Paste it into Claude when prompted.
Once connected, you'll see Tolt listed under Settings > Connectors. From there, you can control when Claude is allowed to use each tool. You can set them to run automatically, require your approval each time, or disable them entirely. If you prefer to stay in control of what data Claude accesses, setting tools to Needs approval is a good option.
💡Note: Make sure that the toggle for the Tolt MPC is enabled on Claude, before you start a new chat.
