Limit commissions per product subscription

You can limit commissions per product if you want to reward new subscriptions without paying commissions on renewals.

This is useful when customers can purchase multiple products. For example, you may want a partner to earn a commission for each new product subscription a referred customer starts, but not on renewal payments for existing subscriptions.

To set a product limit:

  1. Navigate to Flows, then create or edit a flow.

  2. In the third step of the form, expand the Product limit section and enable the Limit commissions per product ID toggle.

  3. Enter the Product ID and set the commission limit you want to apply.

    If you want to use different limits for different products, click Add product ID override and configure additional product IDs and limits.

  4. Save your changes.

Using product limits gives you more control over how commissions are generated across different products. This allows you to reward new product subscriptions while preventing repeated commissions on renewal payments.
