Conditions let you control which partners receive an automated email based on specific criteria. When the automation reaches a condition, Tolt checks whether the partner meets the criteria before sending the email.
If the partner doesn't meet the condition, the email isn't sent.
Add a condition
In the Condition step, select the criteria a partner must meet to receive the automated email.
Click Add condition and choose from the available criteria:
Partner
Partner status - filter partners based on their current status.
Joined the program - filter partners based on when they joined your program.
All-time totals
Total leads referred
Total customers referred
Total revenue generated
Total commission earned
Unpaid commission
Total clicks
After selecting a condition, choose an option and enter the value you want to filter by.
You can add multiple conditions to further narrow down which partners receive the email.
💡 For example, you could send an email only to partners who are Active and have referred 0 customers.
Only partners who meet the configured conditions will receive the automated email.
