When a translated version is available, partners receive emails in their preferred language, helping you communicate more clearly with a global audience.
💡You can automatically translate the email template using our AI translator.
Navigate to Messaging hub → Automated emails → Email translations.
Click the Manage language button and select the language you want to send emails into.
Select a template for the automated email, for example, a welcome email, then click Customize emails.
In the Translations section, find the language you want and click Edit template.
In the editor, type the translated content for the email template. Tolt shows a live preview as you write.
Click Save.
To translate the template using our AI translator:
Select a template for the automated email, for example, a welcome email, then click Customize emails.
In the Translations section, find the language you want and click Use our AI to translate.
Tolt displays a form with the English version of your email. Review the content, then click Translate with AI.
Review the preview of the translated email carefully and make any necessary changes.
Click Save translations.
