The email customization tool gives you control over how your communication looks and feels, helping you deliver a more personal and polished partner experience.


What you can customize

In Messaging hub → Automated emails, you are able to manage the following email types for your partners.

Email

Description

Welcome email

Sends an email when a partner signs up

💡Note: You can enable or disable this email type.

Partner gets their first referral

Sends an email when a partner receives their first referral.

💡Note: You can enable or disable this email type.

Partner gets a new referral

Sends an email for every new referral a partner receives.

💡Note: You can enable or disable this email type.

Partner gets paid

Sends an email when a partner is paid.

💡Note: You can enable or disable this email type.

Partner invitation email

Sends an email when a partner is invited to your program.

Partner approval email

Sends an email when a partner is approved for your program.

Partner declined email

Sends an email when a partner is declined from your program.

When you select the Customize emails button, Tolt displays a text editor where you can:

  • Add custom text, links, buttons

  • Use dynamic tags like {{partner_name}}, {{company}}, {{program}}, or {{commission}} to personalize the message

  • Adjust formatting to match your brand’s tone and style

You can also send a test email at any time to preview how it will look in your partner’s inbox before saving your changes.

Customizing your emails helps maintain brand consistency and delivers a more engaging experience for your partners, right from the first touchpoint.
