Review and confirm auto-payout invoices

How Tolt creates your auto-payout invoices, and how to review and confirm a draft before payouts go out.

Written by Nick

Each payout cycle, Tolt bills you for your partners' payouts with one invoice. You get a few days to check it and remove payouts that shouldn't be paid yet, then you confirm it.

Available on Growth and higher plans.

How invoices are created

Tolt follows your payout term: NET-15, NET-30 or NET-60, or a custom payout date agreed with our team. Five days before the payout date, Tolt creates a draft invoice with the payouts due and emails it to the billing email in your auto-payouts settings.

For example, if your payout date is the 30th, the draft arrives on the 25th and you have until the 30th to review it. If you don't confirm it, Tolt confirms it automatically on the payout date.

Until the draft is created, the Collecting period card on Payouts shows an estimate of your next invoice, the commission period being collected and the date the invoice will be created. The estimate changes as new commissions come in.
