The status of each payout shows whether it is eligible to be included in an invoice and where it currently is in the payout process.
Status | Description |
Not eligible | The partner hasn't completed their tax form and/or selected a payout method. The payout isn't included in the invoice. Once the required information is provided, the payout can become eligible for a future payout cycle. |
Awaiting invoice payment | The payout has been included in an invoice and is waiting for the invoice to be paid. Once payment is received, Tolt can proceed with processing the payout. |
Pending | The payout is eligible, but wasn't included in the current invoice. This can happen when a partner completes their tax form or adds a payout method after the invoice has already been generated. The payout will be included in the next payout cycle, or it can be processed off-cycle. |
Failed | Tolt attempted to process the payout, but the transfer failed. This is most commonly caused by incorrect or invalid payout details. The partner is automatically notified and prompted to update their information so the payout can be reprocessed. |
