Your Terms of Service set the rules partners agree to when they join: how commissions are earned, what kinds of promotion are allowed, and what isn't. Add a link to them, and Tolt shows it on your partner portal's sign-up page.
Go to Program settings › General settings.
Under Program details, click the pencil next to Terms of Service.
Enter the link to your terms page and save.
Partners now see the link when they sign up to your program.
