Send partner emails, such as new customer, payout and login emails, from your own address, like [email protected], instead of Tolt's.
Before you start
You need access to your domain's DNS settings.
Go to Program settings › Custom domains.
Under Email custom domain, click Add email custom domain.
Enter the Domain, such as
yourdomain.com, and the Email address partners will see as the sender, such as[email protected].Copy the TXT and CNAME records Tolt shows into your DNS settings, exactly as shown.
Back in Tolt, click Validate DNS.
Once the domain is verified, partners get emails from your address.
Good to know
DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to spread.
If you change the records when you copy them, they won't verify.
