If you need to process partner payouts before your scheduled payout date (e.g., NET-15/30/60), you can manually generate them at any time. This gives you the flexibility to process payouts outside your regular payout schedule.
Here’s how to manually generate payouts:
Go to the Payouts section.
Click Generate Payouts.
Select the affiliate group or a specific partner for whom you want to generate payouts. Alternatively, you can generate payouts for all partners.
Choose the start and end date for the payout period.
Decide whether to enable or disable the minimum payout threshold. If disabled, payouts will be generated regardless of whether the minimum threshold is met.
Once the payouts are generated, you can:
Export the payout files based on the selected payout method (e.g., PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, etc.).
Process the payments manually through your preferred method outside of Tolt.
After completing the payments, return to the Payouts page and mark the payouts as Paid.
