Pay partners for each customer's first year only. Add a Conversion date condition to your commission flow, so it stops running for customers who converted more than a year ago.
Go to Flows, click ⋯ next to your commission flow and choose Edit flow.
Open step 4 and click New condition.
Set the customer condition Conversion date is within 11 months.
Click Save.
Partners now earn on a customer's payments for 12 months from when they converted. After that, the flow no longer creates commissions for that customer.
Good to know
This is the same setup as the Time limited commissions template.
For example, a customer who converted on October 1, 2025 earns the partner commissions until October 1, 2026.
Conversion date is when the customer went from lead to paying. To count from sign-up instead, use Created date.
