How payouts work

How Tolt turns partners' approved commissions into payouts, and the two ways to pay them.

Written by Nick

A payout is what you pay a partner for a period. It groups the partner's approved commissions for that period into one amount. You'll find all payouts on the Payouts page.

When payouts are created

Tolt creates payouts on your payout term: NET-15, NET-30 or NET-60. With NET-30, for example, payouts for October commissions are created 30 days after the end of October. See Set your payout term.

Two ways to pay

  • Manually: export the payouts, pay partners through PayPal, Wise or your bank, then mark the payouts as paid in Tolt. Available on every plan. See Pay partners manually.

  • Auto-payouts: you pay one invoice to Tolt, and Tolt pays each partner. Available on Growth and higher plans. See How do auto payouts work.

Payout methods

Partners choose how they get paid in their partner portal: PayPal, Wise, local bank, wire transfer, or crypto (manual payouts only). See Choose payout methods.
