With manual payouts, you send the money yourself and record it in Tolt. Manual payouts work on every plan, and they're the only option on Basic.
Before you start
Tolt creates payouts on your payout term, or you can generate them yourself. See Set your payout term and Generate payouts manually.
Pay your partners
Go to Payouts. Payouts waiting to be paid are on the Pending tab.
Click Actions and export the payouts as a CSV file. Choose Export all payouts, or export one payout method at a time, such as Export 'PayPal' payouts.
Pay the partners with the file, for example with PayPal Payouts, a Wise batch payment or your bank.
Back in Tolt, click Mark as › Paid and choose what you paid: Mark all as paid, Mark selected as paid, or one payout method, such as Mark 'PayPal' as Paid.
The payouts move to the Paid tab, and partners see them as paid in their partner portal.
Good to know
To mark one payout as paid, click ⋯ next to it and choose Mark as paid.
If payments take a few days to arrive, use Mark as › Processing first, then mark them as paid once they land.
If a partner's payout details are wrong, click ⋯ next to their payout and choose Send wrong method email to ask them to update them.
Partners marked Not eligible haven't added a payout method or completed their tax form, so leave them out until they do.
