Reject a commission that doesn't meet your program's rules, for example a fraudulent or ineligible sale. A rejected commission stays in your records but is never included in a payout.
Reject one commission
Go to Customers › Commissions, or open the Commissions tab on a partner's profile.
Click ⋯ next to the commission and choose Change commission status.
Pick Rejected and click Save changes.
Reject several commissions
In Customers › Commissions, select the commissions you want to reject.
In the bar at the bottom, click Change status.
Pick Rejected and click Save changes.
Good to know
Commissions that are already paid out can't be rejected.
You can change a rejected commission back to Pending or Approved the same way.
To stop risky commissions before they're created, use the safeguards in Program settings › Tracking & safeguards, such as Block self-referrals.
