Change a commission's amount when it's wrong, for example after a test or a pricing change. You can edit one commission, or adjust several at once.
Edit one commission
Go to Customers › Commissions, or open the Commissions tab on a partner's profile.
Click ⋯ next to the commission and choose Edit commission.
Enter the new Amount. You can also change the Created date.
Click Save changes.
Edit several commissions
In Customers › Commissions, select the commissions you want to change.
In the bar at the bottom, click Bulk edit.
Choose an Operation and enter the value:
Increase by % or Decrease by %
Increase by fixed amount or Decrease by fixed amount
Set to amount
Set to % of revenue
Check the new amounts in the Adjusted column, then click Apply.
Good to know
Commissions that are already paid out can't be edited.
To change the rate for future commissions, change the flow instead. See Change the commission rate.
