Wise requires bank account details to process payouts. Email addresses and Wise tags are not supported for partner payments.
To receive payouts through Wise, partners must provide the account number or IBAN generated in their Wise account.

This article explains how to find your Wise account number and add it correctly in Tolt so payouts can be processed without issues.
Find your Wise account number
Log in to your Wise account.
Select the currency you use to receive payments.
Click on the account number.
Wise displays the account details.
Copy the necessary details:

Note: Wise email addresses and Wise tags wonโt work for payouts. The account number or IBAN must be entered exactly as shown in Wise. If the number is missing or incorrect, payouts will fail.
