You can pause your program at any time from your dashboard. This option works well when you want to temporarily stop activity without removing your existing setup.
When you pause your program, partners can no longer access the affiliate portal, and new partner signups are disabled. This means no new referrals or commissions can be generated while the program is paused.
💡 Note: Any activity that occurred before pausing is not affected. Existing commissions and referrals stay tracked, and payouts continue as usual.
Pausing your program can be useful if you want to review or update your setup, make changes to commission structures, temporarily stop new partner activity, or prepare for a relaunch at a later time.
To pause a program:
Navigate to Program settings > General settings.
In Program status, click Pause program.
The program stays paused until you resume it. You can do this at any time.
