Suspend a partner to temporarily pause their activity without deleting them. This is useful if you need to if you suspect fraudulent behavior and need to review their activity, address a potential issue, or temporarily disable their access to your program.
When you suspend a partner:
Future transactions made through their links will not be tracked.
Their affiliate links will no longer work.
Commissions will not be generated for any referrals they make.
To suspend a partner:
Navigate to the Partners page.
Open the profile of the partner you want to suspend.
In the Partner details section, in Partner status, click the Update status button.
Select Suspended from the dropdown menu and save the changes.
Once suspended, the partner will no longer generate any commissions or have active tracking on their links. You can reactivate the partner at any time by changing their status back to Active.
