Pause a program to stop all partner activity for a while without losing your setup. It's useful when you're reworking commissions, reviewing your program or preparing a relaunch.
While a program is paused:
Partners can't access the partner portal.
New partners can't sign up.
No new customers or commissions are created.
Go to Program settings › General settings.
Under Program status, click Pause.
The program stays paused until you resume it from the same card.
Good to know
Everything from before the pause stays as it is. Existing customers and commissions are still tracked, and payouts go out as usual.
