Each flow decides how its commissions get approved. Approve them right away, wait a set number of days so refunds can come in first, or review each one yourself.
Approval options
Option | Description |
Immediately | Commissions are Approved as soon as they're created. |
After some time | Commissions stay Pending for the number of days you set, then Tolt approves them. Match it to your refund window. |
Manually | Commissions stay Pending until you approve them. |
Set the approval option
Go to Flows.
Click ⋯ next to the flow and choose Edit flow.
Open step 3, What's the flow's action.
Under Options, choose how to Approve commissions. For After some time, enter the number of days.
Click Save.
New commissions from that flow follow the option you chose. Commissions that already exist keep their status.
Approve pending commissions
Go to Customers › Commissions.
Click ⋯ next to a commission and choose Change commission status. To approve several at once, select them and click Change status in the bar at the bottom.
Pick Approved and click Save changes.

Each partner group has its own flows, so check the approval option in every flow that applies.
