Tolt gives you full control over how commissions are approved in your program. You can choose between three options:
Manual approval – All commissions will stay in pending status until you review and approve them manually from the Commissions section in the Customers page or through the partner's profile.
Automatic approval immediately – Commissions will be automatically marked as approved as soon as they’re created.
Automatic approval after a delay – Commissions will be auto-approved after a set number of days. You decide the delay based on your payout flow.
You can configure this in Step 3: Flow Action while creating or editing the selected flow. Under Options, choose the approval method that fits your workflow best.
This setup helps you tailor the review process to your program’s needs, whether you want full control or a more hands-off approach.
