Give a top performer a higher rate, or pay more on one partner link during a promotion, without changing the rate for everyone else. Overrides live inside a flow and apply whenever that flow runs.
Partner overrides: a custom rate for everything a partner earns through this flow.
Link overrides: a custom rate for customers who come through one specific partner link. Useful when a partner promotes you in several places, or for a time-limited campaign on one link.
Add an override
Go to Flows, click ⋯ next to the flow and choose Edit flow.
Open step 3, What's the flow's action.
Expand Partner overrides and click Add partner override, or expand Link overrides and click Add link override.
Choose the partner or link, then set the Commission amount and Commission type.
Click Save.
From then on, the partner or link earns the custom rate whenever this flow runs. Everyone else keeps the flow's default rate.
Good to know
If a partner has a partner override and a link override in the same flow, the link override wins for customers who come through that link.
Overrides apply only to the flow you add them to. If a partner earns through several flows, add the override in each one.
Remove the override when a promotion ends, and the partner goes back to the default rate.
