Block self-referrals to stop partners from earning a commission when a customer signs up with the same email address as the partner. This setting is part of Radar, Tolt's fraud protection.
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Go to Program settings › Tracking & safeguards.
Under Referral safeguards, switch on Block same email referrals (self-referrals).
From then on, Tolt rejects commissions on new referrals where the customer's email matches the partner's.
Good to know
The setting applies to new referrals only. Commissions that already exist aren't affected.
You can switch the setting off at any time.
