Permanently deleting a partner removes them and their data from your program, so Tolt's team does it for you. Contact us via chat with the partner's email and we'll take care of it.
Stop a partner without deleting them
Usually you only need to stop a partner from earning. You can do that yourself, and keep their history:
Suspend them to pause their links and commissions, for example while you look into suspicious activity. See Suspend a partner.
Reject them to remove them from your active partners for good. Go to their profile, click the pencil next to Partner status, pick Rejected and click Update partner.
