Suspend a partner to pause their activity without removing them, for example while you review suspicious traffic. While a partner is suspended:
Their partner links stop working, and new payments through them aren't tracked.
No new commissions are created for their customers.
Suspend one partner
Go to Partners and open the partner's profile.
Under Partner details, click the pencil next to Partner status.
Pick Suspended and click Update partner.
Suspend several partners
On the Active tab of Partners, select the partners.
In the bar at the bottom, click Change status.
Pick Suspended and click Save changes.
Suspended partners move to the Suspended tab. To reactivate one, set their status back to Active the same way.
Good to know
Commissions created before the suspension stay as they are. To stop paying them, see Reject commissions.
You can also click ⋯ next to a partner on Partners and choose Update partner status.
