Import a customer straight from your payment processor instead of typing their details in. Tolt credits them to the partner whose profile you start from, and can bring in their past payments too.
Import customer is in Beta.
Before you start
You need a Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee integration with the Complete status in Settings › Integrations. Only complete integrations can be selected.
Have the customer's ID or email address from your payment processor ready.
Import the customer
Go to Partners and open the profile of the partner who referred the customer.
On the Customers tab, click Create customer and choose Import customer.
Select your payment processor integration and continue.
Enter the customer's ID or email address.
Set the customer's status.
To bring in their past payments, choose Import charges. Tolt creates a transaction for each one, and a commission wherever a flow matches.
Click Import customer.
The customer appears on the partner's profile with their name, email, customer ID, subscription ID and created date from your payment processor. Tolt tracks their future payments from then on.
