Import a payment that Tolt didn't record, for example one made before the customer was linked to a partner. Tolt applies your flows to it and creates commissions for eligible partners.
Before you start
The customer must already be in Tolt.
Your Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee integration must have the Complete status in Settings › Integrations.
Import the transaction
Go to Customers › Transactions, click Import / Export and choose Import transactions.
Select your payment processor and click Import transactions.
Under Customer email, select the customer. Tolt lists their charges with the charge ID, date, status and amount.
Select the charges you want to import, then click the import button. It shows how many you selected, for example Import 1 transaction.
The transaction appears in Customers › Transactions, with a commission if a flow matches it.
