Create a transaction when a customer paid but Tolt didn't record it, such as an invoice paid outside your payment provider. Tolt runs your flows on it, so the partner gets the commission they'd normally earn.
Before you start
The customer must already be in Tolt. To add them first, see Manually add a customer.
Create the transaction
Go to Customers › Transactions and click Create transaction.
Enter the Amount.
Under Customer email, select the customer who paid.
Set the Date of the payment.
If your flows use them as conditions, fill in the optional fields:
Product ID: the product the customer paid for.
Billing Type: Subscription or One-time.
Interval: Month or Year.
Charge ID: the charge's ID in your payment provider.
Click Create transaction.
The transaction appears in Customers › Transactions. If a flow matches it, Tolt creates the commission right away.
