Partner tags help you organize and categorize your partners so they're easier to manage as your program grows. You can use tags to group partners by campaign, region, partnership type, performance, or any other criteria that fits your program.
For example, you might create tags such as Influencer, Agency, or VIP. Once applied, you can filter by one or more tags to quickly find the partners you're looking for.
Apply tags to a partner
Navigate to Partners and locate the partner you want to update.
In the Tags column, click Add Tags.
If you've already created tags, select them from the list. Alternatively, if the tag doesn't exist, start typing in the search field, click Create, then choose a color for the new tag.
💡 Note: Changes are saved automatically. You can remove a tag at any time by reopening the tag menu and deselecting it.
Apply tags to multiple partners
You can also apply tags to multiple partners at the same time. This is useful when you've imported a large number of partners, want to assign partners to a campaign, or need to update an entire group without editing each profile individually.
To apply tags in bulk, navigate to Partners and select the partners you want to update.
Click Actions, then select Apply tags to selected partners. Choose one or more tags from the list to apply them to all selected partners.
💡 Note: Changes are saved automatically. To remove tags in bulk, reopen the Apply tags to selected partners menu from the Actions dropdown and deselect the tags.
Filter partners and reports by tag
Once applied, tags can be used to filter both the Partners page and Reports, making it easy to analyze specific groups of partners. For example, you can compare the revenue, commissions, and new partners generated by influencers, agencies, or partners participating in a particular campaign.
Delete a tag
If a tag is no longer needed, you can permanently delete it from your program.
