Promote partners automatically when they reach a milestone. For example, move partners with 20 or more customers to a Gold group that has its own, higher rates. Use a flow with the Switch group action.
Before you start
Create the group partners will move to, with its own flows, in Program settings › Partner groups.
Set up the flow
Go to Flows, click Create flow and then Create your flow.
Give the flow a name and description, and choose the group partners move from. Click Continue.
Choose the trigger that should check the milestone, usually New payment, and click Continue.
Choose Switch group, then pick the group partners move to under Partner group.
In step 4, add the milestone as a condition, for example Number of customers greater than 19.
Click Create flow.
When a partner reaches the milestone, Tolt moves them to the new group. From then on, the new group's flows decide what they earn.
Good to know
A Switch group flow doesn't create a commission. Keep a commission flow in the original group so the payment that hits the milestone still earns the partner their usual commission.
