Flow conditions explained

Every condition you can add to a flow, and the operators each one uses.

Written by Nick

Conditions decide when a flow runs. Add them in step 4 of a flow, Add additional conditions (optional). Each condition checks something about the payment, the customer or the partner.

Flow step 4 with two conditions joined by AND

How conditions combine

  • Click New condition to add one. Between conditions, choose AND (all must be true) or OR (any can be true).

  • Click New group to group conditions, for example (A AND B) OR C.

  • A flow with no conditions runs on every trigger.

  • Each condition takes one value. To match several products, partners or codes, add one condition per value in an OR group.

Transaction conditions

These check the payment itself, so they only work in flows with the New payment trigger.
