Tolt allows you update a customer’s status at any time. This helps you keep your program accurate and up to date as customer relationships change.

  1. Navigate to the Customers page and select the customer you want.

  2. In the Customer information section, click the Update status button.

    Alternatively, on the Customers page, select the more options menu, then select Update customer status.

  3. In the pop-up, select the status you want, then save the changes.

Tolt updates the customer status.
