Choose the languages you support, and partners get Tolt's automated emails in their preferred language when a translation exists. Tolt can translate each email for you with AI, and you can edit every version.
Choose your languages
Go to Messaging hub › Automated emails.
Under Email translations, click the pencil.
Select the languages to support.
Click Save changes.
Tolt translates every email into the new languages automatically. Review the translations before partners start receiving them.
Review or edit a translation
Under Partner notification emails, click the pencil next to the email.
Under Translations, find the language:
Click the pencil to edit the translation yourself.
Click ✦ to translate the default email again with AI.
Check the preview and click Save.
Good to know
The language with a filled star is your default. Partners who haven't set a language get the default email.
Tolt supports Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish.
Always review AI translations before they go out.
