The Retry Flow functionality allows you to reprocess a transaction and trigger commission generation if it was missed the first time.
A commission might not be generated if:
The commission failed to generate due to a temporary issue
Program rules were updated after the transaction occurred
Tracking conditions were not met at the time, but have since been corrected
Retrying the flow uses the current program rules and attempts to generate the correct commission. Tolt allows you to retry a flow for multiple transactions at the same time.
To retry a flow:
Navigate to Customers > Transactions.
Select the transactions you want, click Actions, then from the dropdown, select Run flows again for selected transactions.
In the confirmation panel click Continue.
Tolt reprocesses the transaction and displays the generated commission in the Commissions tab.
