Integration status and logs

What Complete and Incomplete mean, and how to read your integration logs.

Written by Nick

Every Stripe, Paddle and Chargebee integration shows a status, and the integration logs show the events Tolt receives from them. Use both to check that your integration is set up and working.

Integration status

Go to Settings › Integrations. Each integration shows its status next to its name.

Your integrations list with Incomplete and Complete statuses highlighted

Status

Description

Complete

Tolt is connected to your account. For Stripe, the Tolt app is installed in Stripe. For Paddle and Chargebee, your keys are saved in the integration.

Incomplete

Tolt isn't connected yet. Open the integration and connect Stripe, or add your Paddle or Chargebee keys.

API integrations don't show a status. A Complete status means the connection is in place. To check that events are actually arriving, use the logs.

Integration logs

  1. Go to Settings › Integrations and open the Logs tab.

Integration Logs tab with search, program filter and log details panel
  2. Search by log ID, event type, source or result, or choose a program under Program.

  3. Select a log to see its details.

The details show the Event, Request ID, Time and Source, and, when the event has them, the Partner, Customer, Transaction ID and Commission IDs. Click an ID to open that record in Tolt.

Good to know

  • If the list is empty, Tolt hasn't received any events from Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee yet. Make a test purchase to trigger one. See Test the integration.

  • If a payment shows in the logs but has no commission, no flow matched it. See What are flows?
