Delete a commission that shouldn't exist, such as a duplicate or a test. Deleting removes it from your records for good. To keep the record but not pay the partner, reject the commission instead.
Go to Customers › Commissions.
Click ⋯ next to the commission and choose Delete commission.
To delete several at once, select them and click Delete selection in the bar at the bottom.
Note: Deleting a commission can't be undone. Commissions that are already paid out can't be deleted.
